Position Requirements
1. College degree majored in logistic or equivalent
2. At least 5 years working experience in warehouse management
3. Good knowledge in Oracle or other computer system.
4. Good inter-personal and communication skills to build sound relationship with inner and outer customers.
5. Can read/write in English, Good oral English is a plus.
Accountabilities
1. Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, includes receiving, storage, issuing and shipping functions, as well as inventory and shipment accuracy and integrity.
2. Standardize and document the warehouse operational work and implement the training for warehouse team
3. Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow
4. Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of products, spare parts and inventory. Such as year-end stock taking.
5. Understanding of inventory management – Inboard, outboard, cycle count procedures, transactions. Inventory transaction accuracy is a key indicator.
6. Timely/Accurately completion of the tasks assigned by supervisor.
