职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Manage field test requests using Project Management CPDEP process 用项目管理模式来管理行车试验
2. Coordinate with Market Managers and P&T to prioritize field test requests based on available resources and budget 与市场经理及P&T沟通行车试验项目的优先顺序及预算使用
3. Execute field tests per project plan including finding a fleet that matches the needs, contract negotiation, legal review, management approval, oil blending and other supplies, used oil sampling and analysis, final engine inspection and final report 执行行车试验计划，包括开发车队，制定合约，法律条文审核，领导批准，调油及所需配件，旧油取样及分析，发动机评分，最后报告。
4. Establish and leverage relationship with field test fleets to maximize productivity and minimize liability to Oronite与车队维持良好工作关系
5. Communicate field test results and opportunities effectively with Sales, Marketing and P&T to maximize the value of field test projects与业务，销售，P&T 保持密切讯息交换
6. Engage customers to advocate for field test benefits and support customer field tests直接对客户汇报或执行客户行车试验
7. Provide field test, engine rating and related trainings to OEMs and customers提供OEM及客户培训


Job Requirement:
1. MS/PhD in Chemical, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering 化工，机械或农业工程本科硕士或博士
2. Excellent communication and people skills良好人际沟通能力
3. Excellent planning and organization skills良好计划及组织能力
4. Bilingual (English/Chinese)中英文双语流利
5. Willing to travel frequently and can work under all kinds of surroundings愿意经常出差并能在各种环境下工作
6. Prior working experiences in automotive or lubricant desirable but not required有气车或润滑油工作经验者优先
