Job Responsibilities
1. Process cash and bank payment and ensure all the necessary procedures are followed; ;
2. Report on weekly cash flow, cash balance and bank statements;
3. Liaise with tax bureau to ensure the proper functionality;
4. Assist the Finance Manager with AR and AP and Intercompany reconciliation;
5. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Inventory Control System interfacing with materials control and management from Goods Inwards to Finished Goods Dispatch;
6. Proper filing financial documentations;
7. Other routine assigned as required;
8. Deputize for Finance Manager in his/her absence.
Requirements
Work Experience:
With three years experiences in Finance field.
Other Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree and major in Finance or relevant.
2. Knowledge on Finance side.
3. Skilled in financial software and Word & Excel; Good oral and written English;
4. Teamwork and self initiative.
