Prerequisites
?Degree in chemistry, physics, materials science; industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering can also be applicable.
? Experience managing customer relationships.
?Management experience: hiring, supervising, motivating, and evaluating employees.
? Hands-on, equipment oriented.
?The ability to take direction from more senior personnel who understand our technology. You will be trained and coached.
?A proven ability to collaborate with specialists whopossess advanced knowledge, both inside and outside of company, is essential.
? Fluent in Chinese and can communicate well in English.
?Have the desire and legal right to live and work in the People’s Republic of China.

Responsibilities
?Maintain the highest level of health and safety standards at company and at customer sites.
? Work on-site with our customers and partners to implement, verify, troubleshoot, and maintain plasma deposition processes on specialized equipment.
?Facilitate the production requirements of our customers in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
?Operate test and measurement equipment such as FTIR spectrometer, reflectometer, profileometer.
?Collect and interpret data, make recommendations.
?Working as part of the Customer Operations team, manage customer adoption of and success with our technology, from initial installation to continuous improvement of the production line. Oversee, lead, train, select, and evaluate Field Service Engineers.
?Solve customer implementation and production challenges related to our equipment and processes.
?Collaborate closely with our R&D personnel who will also visit customer sites. Provide customer-relevant feedback and innovative practical and research suggestions to improve our processes.
?Provide excellent documentation and training services relating to our technologies. 举报 分享
