Handles all hotel and guest laundry from sorting,washing,drying,pressing,folding etc until returned to linen room or to guest.Will be assigned specific area/areas.
负责所有酒店及客人洗衣工作并将衣物送至布草房或客人，将被分配到指定区域。
1.Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen.
熟悉并能正确处理各种不同的布草。
2.Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
确保正确使用设备和化学剂。
3.Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry team member immediately.
立即向洗衣房主管汇报有关设备故障的问题。
4.Handle guest items with utmost care,to avoid damages,shrinkage,lost buttons etc.
细心处理客人衣物，尽量避免损坏、缩水、丢失纽扣等。
5.Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly,efficient manner.
用友好的、有效的态度回答客人电话、处理客人要求。
6.Collect guest laundry when requested,ensuring correct room-number is noted.Inspect all items and note any damages,discolor etc before and after cleaning.Report to the Team member if you don’t know the material of the clothes.
在有要求时收集客人衣物，确保准确记录客人房号。洗衣前后检查所有项目并记录损坏、褪色等，对自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自处理。
7.Prepare costing of guest Laundry,to ensure correct and prompt posting.
核算客人洗衣的成本，并确保准确及时的寄出。
8.Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
包装并把客人衣物送到正确的房间。
9.Deliver high quality service to guests.
向客人提供优质服务。
10.Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
确保客人需求和合理要求被满足。
11.Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
坚持酒店的清洁和养护程序。
12.Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.
保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
13.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures,Hilton Code of Business Conduct and the hotel’s team member Handbook.
遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
14.Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
15.The management reserves the right to change/extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her/his employment.

郑州升龙希尔顿酒店是升龙集团与希尔顿酒店管理公司合作的第一家国际品牌五星级酒店。酒店总建筑面积73, 624.66平米,建筑高度148米，由楼顶停机坪、31层主楼、5层裙房及2层地下室组成。客房总数为458间，包含一间总统套、42间豪华套房、411间标准客房、4间无障碍客房，5层裙房设有接待大堂、意大利特色餐、全日制餐厅、中餐厅、宴会厅、会议区、康体娱乐区及SPA服务等。酒店计划在2013年12月8日开业。

 

Hilton Zhengzhou Shenglong is the first international five star hotel that Shenglong group cooperated with Hilton hotels cooperation. The total construction area is 73, 624.66 square meters and the building height is 148 meters. The project is composed of the top apron, 31 layers, 5 layer building annex and the 2 layers of basement. The hotel will offer 458 guest rooms, including a presidential suite, 42 deluxe rooms, 411 standard rooms and 4 barrier-free rooms. There will be a reception hall, Italy special restaurant, all day dining restaurant, Chinese restaurant, grand ballroom, function area, gym and SPA on 5 layer annex. The hotel is planning to open in December 8, 2013.
