岗位职责：
1、负责线上活动策划、方案撰写及组织执行（速卖通，商城，国外社交媒体）；
2、负责日常的话题营销等线上活动的推广、营销活动；
3、负责收集市场反馈信息，进行分析并调整活动方案；
4、研究分析粉丝的需求及行为特征，策划相应活动；
5、负责各项推广活动及线上合作提案的策划；
6、熟悉行业内各产品和运营发展状况，运作形式和方法并能够提出具有前瞻性的运营想法及建议；
任职要求：
1、营销、广告、新闻、英文等相关专业；
2、大学英语6级及以上，深厚的英文写作功底；
3、2年及以上营销、策划或广告相关的工作经验优先考虑；
4、策划工作思路清晰，逻辑严谨，表达和沟通能力强；
5、工作责任心强，具备良好的人际沟通和协调组织能力，团队协作精神；
6、年轻、思维活跃、能准确把握互联网潮流信息，有互联网潮流触角者优先。
