职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责日常的数据录入及处理；
2、负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱，运输货物跟踪等事宜；
3、制作空运单证及其他相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用等事宜；
4、各类单证及文件的整理及归档等；
5、能独立完成工作中遇到的问题；
6、保持与客户及代理的沟通，了解和满足客户需求，并保持良好的关系；
7、负责提供代理业务文件及放货事宜；
8、领导交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1、学历：大专及以上学历，物流、货代、航运等相关专业；
2、英文水平：CET-4以上，较好掌握英语的口语和书面应用；
3、掌握WORD、EXCEL等办公软件和物流系统软件的应用；
4、熟悉货代操作流程，有相关工作经验，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；
5、工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。 举报 分享
