？ Essential Functions基本职能
1. Set and implement various operation standards and flows;
负责制定、执行公司的各项操作规范和流程；
2. Set and improve operation solutions according to client’s demands;
根据客户需求制订并不断完善操作方案；
3. Provide improvement measures based on actual operation needs and continuously improve service quality;
根据运营实际需要提出相应改进措施，不断提升服务质量；
4. Lead operation team to complete each operation and CS assignment and reach KPI;
管理操作团队完成各项操作及客服工作，达成各项工作管理指标；
5. Proactively and properly handle emergent cases and complaints;
积极、妥善处理操作过程中的突发事件和客户投诉。
6. Supervise and lead team to conduct day-to-day operations;
监督及管理团队的日常工作运作；
？ Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任
1. Manage and check daily transportation operations and ensure SOP is followed;
管理和检查每日运输各项工作的进行情况，确保按照SOP操作；
2. Manage cargo pick-up and delivery, enhance transportation efficiency;
管理运输的提货发货等事项，提高拣货和配送运输的效率，确保订单按时完好的发出；
3. Control operation costs and reduce transportation costs;
控制各项运作费用，降低运输成本；
4. Conduct regular review with staff and conduct relevant trainings;
定期组织员工进行工作总结，及必要的培训。
5. Ensure KPI is reached;
合理、协调、管理员工，确保各项KPI考核达标；
？ Qualification Requirements任职资格
? Knowledge知识
College education above and have basic English knowledge;
大专以上学历，有一定的英语基础
? Skills技能
Clear minded and good communication skills; strong sense of number and good organization skills; familiar with PC application in EXCEL and WORD, ect.
思维清晰，良好的沟通表达能力，数字概念强,较强的组织协调能力，熟练操作计算机，较好的使用EXCEL、WORD等工作软件
? Experience经验
Above five years warehouse working experience, three year of team management experience
五年以上仓库工作经验，三年左右团队管理经验
