本岗位工作地点在郑州，高薪诚聘，薪资待遇面谈！！

岗位职责：

负责公司跨境外贸平台的统筹管理工作，团队组建，网站推广，客户开发、管理与维护等工作

任职要求：

1.有3年以上外贸管理经验，能够独立带领团队，激发员工的工作热情，具有统筹规划能力
2.对跨境电商有一定的认知和了解，有自己的见解
3.熟练操作Aliexpress、Amazon、eBay 或其它跨境类平台，掌握基础运营、数据分析、排名优化、客户管理等，熟悉B2C运营流程者优先考虑
4.有从事过B2C建设和网站优化等相关工作，对各种搜索引擎有一定的认知，并熟悉其中的工具，GA,Bing,ads等，对于网站优化，有一定的思路，并针对各种情况，能够准确明了的指出调整方案对于广告类，有相关工作经验者优先考虑
5.熟悉SNS、SEO等推广
6.英语专业四级以上，口语熟练，会其他语种者优先考虑
7.责任心、忠诚度高，有很强的执行力，抗压能力强，能够对自己高要求
