职位描述：
ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）
1. Bank Statement Post in SAP and record on bank journal
2. Payment arrangement and tracking of outstanding issue
3. Dealing bank draft according to bank discount policy
4. Bank reconciliations by D+1 of each month
5. Responsible for hedging operation
6. Monthly cash flow forecast and variation explanations
7. Non-trade tax register and payment
8. Leader the tax accounts reconciliations, tax reporting to secure the timely and correctly report
9. Responsible for annual tax audit and case related to taxes
10. Filing bank reconciliation enclosed bank statement













Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure遵守公司的健康安全环境质量方针政策,规章制度
Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ及时汇报健康安全环境质量的隐患或事故,提出建议
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT（工作内容及环境，包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等）
1. HQ share service model
2. SAP go live from 2012 Jan and some enhancement requirement
Cooperate with related parties: Bank, Tax official, SAFE, China treasury team, CS accountant, and all departments in SH HQ.
Follow up Company HSEQ policy and procedure, Timely report out if have any concerns about HSEQ
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）
1. Timely and accurately perform payments.
2. Timely and accurately update cash and bank daily journal.
3. Timely and accurately operate Hedging
4. Timely and accurately complete bank and cash reconciliation
5. Timely and accurately Non trade payment and tax registration
6. Timely and accurately tax declaration and tax reconciliation-
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）
- Diploma in accounting, finance or tax
- About 2 years of experiences in tax and treasury
- Work under pressure.
- Very precise.
- Quick learner and good communication.
- Good English in writing and reading is preferred.
