岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1 Develop new businesses prior to the agreed Sales Plan while sustaining current business
依据既定销售计划维护现有业务并开拓新业务.
2 Leading the price negotiation with internal coodinating all related department for each acquisition aiming for getting new order biz according to company guidelines.
依据公司方针争取新订单,在报价过程中协调公司内部各相关部门并主导整个议价过程
3 Leading the technical change negotiation after SOP for profit increase or maintenance.
主导SOP后的技术变更谈判,以保持目前利润空间或达成利润增长目标.
4 Provide timely communication to OEM / Tier X customer & Hella related unit or plants when changes occur which effects customer’s product or business.
一旦发生影响客户产品及业务变更时,为OEM/Tier X 客户及海拉内部部门或工厂之间提供及时沟通。
5 Establish and well maintain contact/CRM with OEM customers / Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering, purchasing, SQA and other areas of customer management.
为CRM与OEM/Tier 1 客户建立并保持良好关系,包括工程、采购、SQA及其它客户管理相关部门。
6 Leading & responsible for the annual price negotiation
主导并负责年度议价谈判
7 Negotiate, handle and push basically all customer related business cases or at least to support other departments in negotiations with the customer. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.
商谈、处理及推动公司所有客户相关的业务并协助其他部门此类事宜。此类事宜包括产品售后质量问题解决,逾期付款的收集,到货质量的安排,成本跟踪,合同条款确认,OES的报价及条款,各类报销等;
8 Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and is in this regard responsible for car production, volume and sales planning for its customer.
参与年度预算和战略计划的准备工作并负责提供相关客户的信息,包含汽车产量及销售计划等。
9 Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.
提供市场及竞争信息,以协助市场调研和市场沟通活动。
10 Ensure all activities are in accordance to the Global Strategy of Hella’s Key Account Management in Lippstadt, Hella HQ Germany and in line with their acting.
确保所有行动都与海拉德国总部大客户管理全球战略相符。
11 Complete other tasks related to this job.
完成其他与此职位相关的任务。

Job Objective

Leading a customer group under defined responsible products and being charge of all related subjects (Sales Turnover, Customer Relationships, New Acquisition, Data input for internal various toolings )



任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above either major in business administration combined with understanding of technical matters or major in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration.
2. Mother-tongue: Chinese; Fluent English in both written & oral;
3. Additional knowledge on the native language for target customer (excl. Chinese) is desirable; German is favorable, but not necessarily a MUST.
4. 5~8 years job-related experience in Auto industry with professional knowledge in Sales area; be familiar with Changan and other local OEMs in Chongqing& Sichuan area.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office software; with entrepreneurial and analytical working ability to cooperate with an international team.
