职位描述：
英语听说能力必须熟练！！！
岗位职责：
1. 为客户解答售前售后的各类问题；
2. 处理客户投诉，帮助客户解决问题并跟踪订单；
3. 客户的拓展与维护；
4. 相关业务工作的汇报
任职资格:
1.大专及以上学历，国际贸易、英语类相关专业
2.具有较高的英语水平，较好的计算机操作水平，英语口语交流无障碍
3.有外贸工作经历者优先考虑
4.有较强的推广和维护协调客户的能力；
5.工作严谨，计划性强，善于分析思考问题，有责任心；
6.勤奋踏实，良好的服务意识与团队合作精神；
工作时间：
每周工作5天半，每天8小时，法定假日休息
薪资待遇：
底薪2300+全勤奖+提成+绩效+奖金
