1、与客户在公司产品技术方面进行沟通；
2、对公司产品的技术参数进行计算；
3、在产品技术方面的问题上协助客服部；
4、开发研究产品新技术；
5、定期拜访客户；
6、与销售团队就产品技术参数方面进行协作
要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化专业，工业皮带制造业工作经验***。
2、熟练的计算机办公软件操作能力，并会2D/3D构图；
3、良好的与人沟通交流能力；
4、要求英文熟练，日常工作沟通交流顺畅（必备）
Job Summary:
The OEM member will be responsible for maintaining and growing business to business sales of OEM products and technologies to companies within the Megadyne Qingdao industrial belt company . The individual in this role will increase Megadyne Qindao sales volume through a variety of account activities, exceptional customer support and the utilization of technical industrial belt knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Be the customers technical interface
2. Do technical calculation
3. Support customer service Dept. for technical question
4. Follow and promote new applications
5. Visit customers
6. Work in cooperation with existing sales organization
7. Work to get new direct OEM account
8. Get information of new application and market opportunity from other OEM team components, share with local salesman.
Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of successful sales experience with a industrial belt manufacturer.
2. Previous manufacturer-to-manufacturer sales experience.
3. Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely and effective manner.
6. Strong customer-focused orientation.
7. Strong computer skills including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint，2D/3D drawing) and customer databases.
Preferred:
1. Experience with sales in industrial belt and ruber markets.
2. Technical experience/education.
