Local T&D Manager (Location: Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Nanjing)
Responsibility
-Identify sales training needs for different levels / groups of sales at local level through effective methodology, such as joint call, survey, conversation, interview and competency gap analysis, etc.
-Develop and implement local training plan for sales force to enhance sales competency and meet local sales target
-Provide coaching for PSR and FLM after in-class phase trainings
-Launch training projects (Engage, SPICE, etc.) at local level -Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement
-Provides input and feedback to Marketing and Medical regarding the development and delivery of effective training materials and programs
-Perform an active role in communicating and training employees with the company's value and principles. Promote a learning environment within the company.
Requirements
-At least 5 years sales/sales management/sales training/marketing experience at multinational pharmaceutical company
-Sales management and/or training experience is preferred -With track record of high performance
-Bachelor's Degree or higher, majoring in medicine or pharmacy preferred
-Understanding of the changing healthcare environment and how this impacts current and future sales force training needs
-Knowledge of feedback and coaching techniques and application to sales training and people development
-An outstanding presenter as well as a skilled and insightful mentor
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-direction, people-oriented, proactive, sense of responsibility, fast learner and team player
