职位描述
? Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
? Report to: Staffing Manager
? Location: Shanghai
Job Description
1) Hiring
? Responsible for company recruitment of different levels and functions
? Job description management and update;
? With various departments to communicate effectively obtain recruiting needs accurate to identify potential candidates by using different channels;
? Select suitable candidates and arrange & interview potential candidates for further interview, includes coordinate logistic/admin matters;
? Negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates;
? Coordinate in the on-board logistic/admin matters;
? Submit and follow up payment to recruitment channel according to agreements;
? Maintain the database of talent.
2) Recruitment policy & procedure
? Implement recruitment policy and procedure effectively;
? Participate in annual policy & procedure review and renew.
? Internal recruitment and transfer coordination;
? Internal referral management;
? Participate and organize campus recruitment;
? Assist in headcount management;
? Assist in recruiting budget forecast and expense management;
? Probation assessment management
3) Recruitment channel management
? Consolidate the recruitment channel resources includes headhunter, school cooperation, job board, etc.;
? Participate in annual headhunter assessment and contract renew.
? Create new sourcing channels and try new recruiting methodology
4) Recruitment project
? Participate in recruitment project such as CS2020; E5 recruitment etc.
5) Report and analysis
? Provide weekly and monthly recruitment report accurately and timely.
Job requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources related;
? More than 4 years’ experience in recruitment
? Experience in head-hunting firms is preferred
? Proficient in OFFICE software system, strong communication skills;
? Proactive, strong compression ability and the team cooperation ability;
? Proficient bilingual skills in English and mandarin
