职责：
1、组建及培训咨询销售团队，带领咨询团队完成销售任务。
2、负责接待客户的电话、当面接待，对适合人群进行咨询关单。
3、服从公司安排，制定并执行招生销售计划。
3、表现优秀者提升为见习校长，通过考核期提升为校长（分公司总经理）。
要求：
1、专科以上学历（含专科），专业不限。
2、销售行业2年以上工作经验，销售管理岗位1年以上工作经验，教育培训行业并有良好业绩证明者优先
3、吃苦耐劳，学习能力强，责任心、事业心强，能出差。
4、工作地点：北京及全国省会城市。
薪酬待遇：年薪7-13万
