Responsibilities:

1.Maintenance and support Network Monitoring system like Cacti, IP reporter, for generating monthly data for KPI dashboard.
2.Co-ordinate with HQ-ISS and outsource vendor for 3rd level support to ensure the high availability of the WAN links.
3.Maintenance and Support Cisco L2/L3 network switch in Asia Sites.
4.Support for QoS definition and Application Security Flow within Corp Network.
5.Support for Lync SBA infrastructure in Asia Sites.
6.Support for Customer AD infrastructure with outsourcer support.
7.Support for ISS Security KPI Compliance on Patch management and Antivirus/Malware management.
8.Support for regional projects for Asia ISS related business activities to provide the technical governance, architecture oversight project roll-out and transformation to run operations with required supporting process build and standardization.
9.Proactively provide feedback regarding ISS Services / Systems & Operations methodologies, standards to support leading industry best practices.
10.Provide technical over-sight with L2/L3 Operations Support to Asia to support resolution of critical operational & service delivery challenges.
11.Create & maintain document portfolio of Site Catalogue, Operations / Audit Best Practices, trouble-shooting & related solutions knowledge base.
12.Close co-operation with regional and global IT Departments in order to follow Customer’s worldwide IT expertise and guidelines

Education
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science /Electrical Engineering/Electronics or equivalent


Experience:
1.3-4 years of proven experience in mission critical IT Operations with some people management.
2.Strong working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.
3.Strong skills and experience in VMWare (ESX Platforms), MS Windows Operations & Support
4.Good knowledge & experience to operate & manage SAN & associated HW components
5.Knowledge of IT Security and exposure to IT audit will be an advantage
6.Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
7.Good communication and project management skills
8.Good service oriented manner & Efficient problem solver

1. Strong Wan&Network Troubleshooting skills and communication skill between End-user Level and Higher Level Support.
2. VMWare / MS Certification or equivalent experience
