职位描述
Area of Responsibility:
l Assist Sr. Talent Development Manager to work closely with assigned business units in Reed Exhibitions Greater China to understand the manpower needs and source & interview the candidates proactively according to the business development plan and approach potential candidates regularly.
l Assist Sr. Talent Development Manager to establish the talent pool of manager level above and maintain the good relationship with potential talents for any emergency openings.
l Handle the whole process of recruitment cycle including tracking recruitment request, analyzing job, posting job advertisement in different channels, CV screening, conducting f2f or telephone interview, making interview report etc.
l Be responsible for offer proposal, negotiation and issue.
l Conduct reference check for appointed positions/candidates.
l Maintain, screen and develop recruitment agencies according to the vendor analysis of annual review.
l Effectively use the recruiting and testing tools in staffing process
l Provide weekly/monthly recruitment report to management
l Responsible for new staff announcement drafting and making.
l Assist the Sr. Talent Development Manager to complete the important projects when needed, say scholarship program, internship program.
Pre-Requisite skill sets:
l Bachelor degree or above
l Excellent skills in oral and written English
l 3+years recruiting experience in MNC, agency experience is preferred
l Be able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
l Be passionate to work with a fast growing environment
l Excellent communication and influencing skills
l Experience in using recruitment system such as Taleo, Mr. Jobs is an advantage
l Knowledge of other fields of HR is a plus
