Service Sales Specialist

POSITION
Reporting to the Service Mananger, this new role is critical in providing first class service and support to our customers. As Service Sales Specialist you will be responsible for:
? Service Sales administration, managing generator customer base and sales leads information
? Making a phone with new customer frequently
? Maintaining records of generator locations and warranty registrations
? Proactively generating new customer leads and selling Peak Scientific service products and spare parts to end user, OEM and distributor markets
? Developing relationships with customers to grow service revenue
? Working closely with sales personnel in developing spare parts and service business
? Accurately preparing and recording sales orders and invoices
? Updating CRM system with all relevant customer information and orders

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Skills required
? Experience in end user and/or business to business sales
? Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or Similar
? Organised, with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data
? Customer focussed – able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email
? Self-motivated with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritise
? Communication – able to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles, including oral and written English
? Resilience – remains effective in the face of pressure
? Excellent customer service skills
