general reception duties including management on all incoming telephone
enquiries, greeting visitors, office supplies management and meeting room
booking; local/international
carriers booking, received and tracking. Organizing customer clearance paperwork, assist
shipping dept to deal with shipping issue and unloading data on POMS .
