Responsibilities：
- Responsible for customer relationship management, provide strategic proposal on how CRM contribute to the company growth.
- Maintain relationships with consumers and to ensure consumers’ needs are met.
- Works with teams to develop and to implement CRM project
- Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of data-mining generated from CRM
- Actively participates in relevant commercial activities with value-added and dynamic CRM program through cross-departmental communication
- Takes in charge of vendor management
- Complies with financial policy / controlling
- Maximize customer profitability thru disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree above. MBA degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years marketing experience in multinational companies in Medical Device, OTC, FMCG or other related industries.
- Extensive experience in Customer Relationship management and consumer data analysis
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English orally and written
- Excellent analytical skills.
