Job Summary:

Responsible for the administration of student enrolments and maintaining high customer service levels with our internal and external partners

Job Content:

· Dealing with routine enquiries relating to bookings in an efficient and professional manner.

· Inputting bookings into our database system.

· Administering and filtering incoming applications.

· Liaising between Centre staff and agents to help resolve any problems experienced by students.

· Retaining specific market knowledge for academic assessments and market relationships

· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK visa requirements and assessing applications accordingly

· Responding to external clients and internal colleagues within 48 hours.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Customer service skills.

· Good numeracy skills.

· Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload.

· To be able to work as an individual as well as a team member.

· Conscientious and reliable.

· To be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

· Task focused and self-motivated.

· Strong communication skills.

· To be able to build a strong working relationship with agents and regional staff.

· Native English speaker level of fluency.

· An interest, appreciation and awareness of foreign cultures.

Relevant work experience:

· Administration

· Reservations

· Customer services

· Languages are an advantage but not essential
