Job Summary:

Provide technical assistance for installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipments delivered by NOV-BLM.

Responsibilities:

Technical :
-Technical assistance for installation, commissioning and maintenance of the equipments delivered by NOV-BLM.
-Communicate field failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments
-Users training on the safe and proper operation of NOV-BLM products
-Remote technical assistance by phone and email.

Safety:

-The service engineer must be pro-active in order to insure his own and others safety.
-Comply with all NOV and customers HSE procedures and policies.
-All safety issues must be reported to his manager

Quality

-The service engineer must follow NOV-BLM quality procedure.
-He must participate to the improvement of the quality of the products and services
-He must report quality issues to his manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

-(25-30 years) with a high school diploma or a bachelor degree in maintenance, speaking English with a first working experience.
-The required expertise is automatism, electricity (switch gears and motors), mechanic and hydraulic.
-Based in Shanghai and with travel in China and abroad if needed.
