职位名称:销售工程师
汇报对象:华东事业部经理
工作内容:
1、负责DCS系统和相关设备的销售; Responsible for DCS and relevant products sales.
2、执行公司的销售政策和关键指标,为客户提供系统的解决方案,完成公司的销售目标; Execute company sales policy, provide systematic solution to customers, achieve sales target.
3、协助事业部经理建立区域销售战略,进行市场资源的规划、整合与调控; Assist Business Division (Industry) Manager to set up regional sales strategy, plan, integrate and regulate market resources.
4、组建销售渠道,规范销售流程,执行销售政策; Build sales channel, standardize sales processes and implement sales policies and procedures.
5、项目的直接跟踪,确保重项目的成功; Follow up project status, ensure success of projects.
6、收集和反馈竞争情况,市场表现,产品的价格和基本周期,行业或者特定客户的变化趋势; Collect and feedback competition situation, market performance, including price and product cycles.
7、与公司其他部门积极协调配合确保项目的顺利实施,售后服务工作的有序开展,保证公司业务在本区域内的长期可持续发展。 Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implement of project, after-sales service, in order to ensure sustainable development of business.
任职要求:
1、市场营销、自动化相关专业,专科以上学历优先; Bachelor degree or above in marketing , automation or related is preferred.
2、5年DCS或仪表相关产品销售经验,取得过卓越的销售业绩; 5 years in DCS or instrument sales, achieved outstanding sales performance.
3、有良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力; Good marketing judgement and development.
4、高度的工作热情,良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神; High enthusiasm in working, good communication skills and team spirit.
5、英文读写熟练,可以进行简单的口语交流。 Fluent in English reading and writing. Possess basic English oral communication skills.
