Major responsibilities

1/Promotion plan

-Annual and quarterly planning with top down guidance for marketing plans by brand ,by regions

-Utilizes marketing analytic tools to create marketing tactics within annual plan and to evaluate success of implemented marketing /promotions initiatives

-Driving optimization of the marketing mix and improve ROI

-Work with brands,sales VM teams,and ensuring all parties'alignment

-Supervise the retail support,e.g.POSM design,production &delivery

2/Retail&Customer marketing

-Works closely with DS businiess unit and stand alone teams in developing required customer support for local customer marketing programs

-Works closely with channel development team in ensuring optimal retail marketing support,e.g.outdoor adversiting ,retail event etc

3/Coach 1 subordinator

Requirement

1/Bachelor degree from a reputable university

2/2+years experience in retail marketing.prefer fashion industry

3/Good analytical skill,as well as business sense

4/Displays proactively and persistence ,strong in managing complexity ,can set priority and help the team with clear directions

4/Result driven ,meanwhile can motivate the team aiming the same

5/Open minded ,seeking out resh ideas from a wide variety of sources

6/Good communication skill and people managing skill
