1. Participating BEST roll out program (Bostik worldwide SAP implementation) mainly in Asia Pacific, as well as in other region.
2. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for BEST Helpdesk for countries having SAP implemented. Carry out enhancement work.
3. Work closely with other Global CC members located in Europe and America for new releases of template.
ACTIVITIES（工作行为，主要指日常的，具有代表性的工作行为）
- Carry out BEST template roll out in APAC region. (Project Implementation)
- Provide support for countries running on BEST in APAC.(Incident Management)
- Participate to change management for BEST template enhancement at global level. (Enhancement)
- Participate to life cycle management of BEST template at global level. (Template Release Version)
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT（工作内容及环境，包括是否需要国内/外出差、内部及外部主要联系人等）
- Flexible working hour with non compensated overtime.
- 50% travelling in APAC region, Europe.
- Working closely / Virtually with other members of the Bostik SAP Global Competence Centre.
- Working closely with outsourced integrators.
- Working closely with regional / country business process owners and key users.
- Working closely with helpdesk.
- Working closely with other IT colleagues in the region / corporate.
ACCOUNTABILITIES（主要职责，指职位本身所需要承担的责任或义务）
Project Work:
- Learn, integrate and follow BEST roll out methodology.
- Carry out project work effectively and independently (perform requirement analysis, prepare functional & technical specifications, test (i.e. user acceptance test and non regression test) and deploy solution, user training, etc.)
- Perform both as a good team leader and team member based on robust functional expertise.
Daily Maintenance Work:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and work closely with helpdesk to meet the service level agreement.
Change Management & Template Life Cycle Management:
- Provide consultancy to business process owner to identify their requirements and provide optimized solution.
- Deliver functional expertise and keep abreast with SAP development.
- Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED（能力/经验要求，此岗位具体的学历、经验及各项能力要求）
- University graduated or comparable education.
- Thorough consulting skills (Professionalism, analytics, interpersonal relationship building)
- Deep knowledge of SAP functional area and the implications and interfaces with other modules.
- 5 Years project experience for international companies.
- Good understanding of business processes in respective areas.
- Good English and Mandarin.
- Good team working sprits, can do attitude, hard working, flexible and sense of ownership.
- Professional communication skills. (listening, presentation, negotiation and convincing)
- Able to travel (50-60% during project time) and motivated to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Willingness to stay longer within company.
