一、岗位职责：
1. 根据试验计划，完成样车/样品制作及相关试验测试
According to testing plan, finish sample parts/sample truck and relevant testing tasks
2. 总结试验结果，完成试验报告
Finish the testing reports
3. 指导培训技术员，提高团队试验测试能力
Training the technician, improve the abilities of team
4. 管理维护相关设备，仪器和测试平台，及时进行更新
Manage and maintain the relevant equipments/instrument and testing bench, update them on time
5. 参与部门其他活动，完成部门其他工作
Join the activities of department, finish other work of department
6. 领导安排的其他任务
Finish other tasks arranged by the supervisor

二、任职要求：
１、本科及以上学历；
college and above
２、3年以上工程机械或电气相关领域工作经验
More than three years working experience in mechanical engineering or electrical field
３、分析能力，计划组织，书面沟通和团队合作；Analysis, planning, communication and team building
４、扎实的机械(电气)基础知识，基本的电气(机械)和液压综合知识，熟悉工程机械车辆构造
Good mechanical (electrical) knowledge, basic electrical (mechanical) and hydraulic knowledge; know well about truck
５、有汽车行业及线束制作经验者优先
６、大学英语4级及以上，熟练的英语读写能力
CET 4 and above, good in English reading and writing
７、熟练使用office办公软件，有CAD制图软件使用经验
Good in using office software, have experience in CAD software
