一、岗位职责：
1、负责工作服装/劳保用品的必要性评估，根据结果制定标准的规格、材质、配置数量、申请及发放流程等。
Responsible for the evaluation of working wear / labor protection request, set up standard specification, material, quantity as well as the process of regular application.
2、根据实际业务运营的需求制定标准的服务维修工具及设备的规格、型号、配置数量、申请及发放流程等；并结合财务需求制定资产管理的规范，及对日常需求申请进行确认及审批。
Set up standard configurations & request process for service related tools, equipment. As well as the regulation of daily management on asset in consideration financial request. Responsible for routine request check and approval.
3、结合实际运营需要及当地法规要求，对服务车辆的配置需求及模式进行规范，进一步完善并优化服务车辆的申请、使用及日常管理流程。对日常服务车辆及其相应改装需求（如GPS/外观等）进行确认及审批。
Set up regulation of service van request based on local operation & legal requirements. Optimize the process of van request, usage and management. Responsible for pre-check and approval on service van related request.
4、根据市场及业务策略需要，制定网点选址的标准及相应流程。
Set up standard check list and process for network sites selection.
5、根据当地业务运营及EHS相关法规要求，对网点布局进行规划，并制定标准的装修、装饰要求，并对执行情况进行跟踪确认。Responsible for site layout plan in consideration of local operation & EHS request; set up standard requirements for decoration and confirm for the execution.
6、结合业务发展情况，对各种硬件设施相关流程进行持续改进及优化，提高日常操作效率。
Keep continuous improvement on facility related processes for efficiency sake.
7、负责对日常反馈的服务部门各种硬件设施相关问题的跟进及解决。
Responsible for daily issue following up and fix for regional service operation teams.
8、主管分配的其它工作。

二、任职要求
１、大专及以上学历；
２、３－５年相关工作经验；
３、有机械维修、物流知识、规划制图和财务相关经验知识优先；
４、较好的表达和沟通能力，以及较好的协调能力；
5、熟练使用办公软件。
