职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotes as well as to lead the internal preparation process of quotes according company guidelines and his superior.
2. Negotiate, to handle and to push basically all customer related business cases and to support other departments in such matters. Such matters could among others be the settlement of warranty cases, the collection of overdue payments, an arrangement about delivery quantities, cost tracking, contracts about general terms and conditions, OES prices and conditions, any kind of reimbursements, etc.
3. Take part in the preparation of the Annual Budget and Strategic Plan and has in this regard to prepare car production, volume and sales planning.
4. Analyze and explain the changes of the volume plans.
5. Take part to prepare Sales and Marketing related concepts/strategies for management decision.
6. Support market research and marketing communication activities by providing market and competition information.
7. Conduct an intensive communication with Hella Sales & Marketing units worldwide to ensure worldwide acting in unison.
Qualifications:
1. A degree of a university either in business administration combined with the understanding of technical matters or in engineering combined with knowledge of business administration matters.
2. Chinese mandarin must be excellent and orally fluent English and skilled business English in written is a must as well, additional knowledge German language would be appreciated.
3. Have some professional knowledge of Auto Industry; be familiar with normal standard and process of Global industry. Have knowledge how to prepare a quote and understand cost calculation processes excellent knowledge in MS Office software.
4. 3 - 5 years' experience in a sales position in Auto industry, better in Commercial (truck and bus) vehicle trade
