二、Specific Responsibilities
1. Comprehend key highlights with Hexagon/Intergraph solution or software
2. Analyze user requirements, help system design and map products to solution
3. Master Intergraph PSS solution and be familiar with other software
4. Exercise documentation through the project implementation cycle
5. Translate system design documents for coding development.
6. Be able to write pseudo code for prototyping and concept verification
7. Executing development and exercise peer review
8. Work closely with project manager to align system design with project plan
9. Keep abreast of industry knowledge in public safety
10. Cultivate excellent relationship during implementation and channel opportunities to sales during the interaction with customers.
11. Identify, report and fix system bugs, and seek assistance from internal expertise


教育及工作经验：
？ Mater Degree in Electrical Engineering/IT/ Computing Science or equivalent
？ 3+ years working experience on software development, solution implementation and system maintenance in public safety industry or call center implementation.
？ 2+ years of experience as a team lead or project manager

专业知识:
？ Experience with public safety industry
？ Familiar with programming language and database in Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, C#, PL/SQL, HTML/XML, JavaScript and etc.
？ Knowledge in web application development
？ Knowledge and experience in GIS, (wireless) communications, networking and mobile areas.
？ Knowledge in video coding/decoding, streaming and camera control
？ Sensor integration, correlation and video analytics
？ Audio, telephony and call center integration
？ Familiar with dispatching and (emergency) response workflow is a plus
？ Familiar with Project documentation
