2. 带领团队按公司或客户要求完成校招的各项工作（宣讲会、笔试、面试等）。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历的在校生，课余时间充裕（周一至周五都能出勤，或者能出勤4天），并希望从中锻炼自己；
2. 有社团或其他工作经验，在校大学生或者2013年毕业生优先；
3. 沟通、协调能力强，有良好的服务意识，能与学校相关部门进行较好的联络及沟通；
4. 勤奋、认真、并能承受工作压力及短时间内高强度的工作；
5. 熟悉Office办公软件，如：World，Excel，PPT等。
