Job Description

*Provide ongoing day-to-day operational support through daily, weekly and monthly reporting,reviews and analytics.Repotingresponsibilities include but are not limited towarehousing and delivery reports, live chat reports, fraud reports, returns reporting, call center, and customer feedback reports etc.

*Assist as liaison between brand and 3P warehousing, logistics, customer service vendors to ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed
*Partner with 3P vendors for continued improvement of systems, processes and relationships to improve efficiencies, effectiveness and overall ROI
*Monitor 3P SLAs on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are being met across vendor relationships

Background

*BS College Degree
*Requires 5 years of Retail operation/Customer Service experience. eCommerce experience preferred.
*Must possess a deep understanding of the client expectation of customer service
*Must work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized
*Must be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills with the ability to work across various teams
*Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills required
