Main Objective:
主要工作任务:

To develop profitable sales of Mono products in Central China, with a focus on Wuhan and surrounding areas through key account management and development of further sales channels through identifying and working with local distributors, contractors and OEM companies.
拓展莫诺产品在华中地区的销售业务,主要负责武汉及周边地区(湖北、河南一带)的大客户的维护,并通过与当地分销商、承包商及OEM公司的合作进行销售渠道的扩展。

Duties include:
?Development of sales of the Mono products into selected industry sectors in line with planned sales;
?依照销售策略计划拓展莫诺泵在目标行业的销售;
?Developing contacts with local key companies including Design Institutes, key end users, contractors and OEM’s
?发展维护与当地设计院、关键最终用户、承包商和OEM的良好合作关系;
?Promotion of Mono products through relevant channels, including exhibitions, advertising and seminars as appropriate
?通过产品展会、研讨会、广告等渠道提高品牌知名度、推广莫诺产品;
?Identifying and evaluating potential partners for Mono in the Region, to include Distributors as appropriate
?寻找并评估莫诺产品的潜在合作者包括分销商等 ;
?Identifying opportunities for Universal parts sales to existing users of competitors’ equipment
?推进通用零配件的销售,包括渗入竞争对手的客户;
?Carry out relevant training to both customers and distributor/agent partners
?对客户及分销商、代理进行相关产品的培训;
?Provide timely reports on activities in the Region
?按时提供销售活动报告;
?Monitor and feedback competitor activities
?监察并反馈竞争对手的动向和活动;
?Identify potential new applications for our equipment in the Region
?确定所在销售区域的产品应用新趋势;
?Liaising with other Mono colleagues, both in China and elsewhere as well as with NPE personnel in Shanghai
?保持与其它莫诺员工包括与集团公司(National Oilwell Varco)同事的沟通与合作;

Skills required:
资质要求:

?Fluid handling experience gained with a pump company or through relevant employment in a similar type of company
?泵业公司或流体设备相关销售经验;
?Engineering related degree , Mechanical or process engineering background
?机械或工程类专业教育背景;
?Sales skills to win the business in a competitive environment
?拥有良好的销售技巧;
?Ability to work independently in the Region, and communicate well with colleagues in the Company
?能胜任所在销售区域独立工作,并与公司同事保持顺畅沟通;
?Enthusiastic, hard working, honest.
?诚实、有激情、工作努力;
?English language capability
?可用英文交流优先考虑
