工作内容Job Description：
1. Organize workshop production, follow up production progress and be responsible for the related information feedback and handle.
组织车间进行生产，跟踪生产进度并负责相关信息的反馈与处理；
2. Requests for on-site process improvement, and comply with the implementation of process improvement.
提出现场工艺改进需求，并配合工艺改进的实施；
3. Packaging system before they leave the factory shipment the integrity of the check and the formulation of the packing list.
系统包装发运出厂前的完整性核对及装箱清单制定工作；
4. Responsible for workshop workers attendance, evaluation of audit and hr and administrative affairs.
负责车间工人考勤、考评的审核及人事行政事务
5. The related data statistics, collaborative statistics and quantitative management to the cost control of workshop production operating costs, reduce the abnormal consumption.
相关数据统计，协同统计量化管理，对车间的生产运作成本进行成本控制，减少异常消耗
6. Analyze the factors influencing the quality of the production investigation and put forward the improvement measures, supervise the execution .
对影响质量的生产因素进行分析调查并提出改善措施，督导执行
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求Job Requirements：
1. College or above degree; Mechanical and electrical integration, electronic technology, automatic control and so on electric or related major.
大专及以上学历；机电一体化、电子技术、自动化控制等电气类相关专业；
2. At least 3 years working experience in related position, With solid electronic technology, knowledge, have related electronic product's test or maintenance working experience will be preferred; Can use welding tools, millimeter, oscilloscope and signal generator and other test equipment.
有3年以上相关岗位从业经验，具有扎实的电子技术知识，有相关电子产品的测试或维修工作经验优先；
3. Have good skill in computer, Office, etc in Office software skills.
具备熟练应用计算机、Office等常用办公软件的能力；
4. Have good skill in computer, Office, etc in Office software ability has strong language communication and presentation skills, has the certain text ability and the English reading and writing ability.
具有较强的语言沟通和表达能力,有一定的文字描述能力及英语读写能力；
