Responsibilities:

Receiving material and dispatch goods timely 及时收发物料

Improvement the inventory accuracy 改进库存准确度

Optimizing warehouse process to save production cost 优化仓库管理流程节约生产成本

1. Establish and improve procedures and instructions on inventory management , and observe the implementation on daily basis 制定和改进仓库管理流程和规定，监督仓库日常实施情况

2. Oversee and ensure the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of good on timely basis组织物料的收发和存储工作，确保物料及时入库和发送

3. Arrange reasonable warehouse layout and keep the storage in order and safety合理布置存放区域，确保物品存放安全，且摆放有序

4. Timely update stock list, and keep the physical inventory in line with bookkeeping to ensure inventory accuracy, implement periodic stocktaking on regular basis及时更新库存表，确保实物和账目保持一致，定期盘点库存

5. Collaborate with other departments to meet operational requirements in an efficient way与其他部门合作以满足公司运营要求

Qualifications/ Requirements:

1. Basic accounting knowledge is required. 要求有基本会计学知识

2. 5 year relevant working experience is required要求有5年以上的相关工作经验

3. Possess operating license of forklift 有叉车操作证

4. ERP experience and mechanical background is preferred 有ERP经验的和机械背景的优先

5. Good communication skills and team work spirit 具有良好的沟通能力和团队工作精神
