职责/ Responsibilities：

1. 使用品质技术标准，以及测试仪器，设备，工具操作及进行性能测试，检验，以确保严格符合标准检查并分析测试样本或新部件,记录测试程序结果 With necessary tools/equipments and specification, working on the quality inspection etc, make inspection records and inspection report so that products meet Spec.

2. 参与维护、监督质量体系的运行、组织和管理内部质量审核工作 Work with quality engineer on setting up, running the quality system, and make internal audit etc.

3. 监控生产现场质量流程的具体实施情况，及时上报质量问题 Audit the quality procedure in the shop floor and report quality problem on time.

4. 汇总反馈品质检验情况, 制定相关品质报告。Summarize and feedback NCR, prepare quality reports.

5. 管理品质相关量具等设备Keep and use the quality related tool and equipment properly

6. 参与新产品的导入中的技术和品质准备工作 Take part in the new product implementation on the technical and quality part.

要求/ Requirements:

1. 机械相关专业专科及以上学历 College graduate or above, machinery related major.

2. 3年以上机械产品或泵类产品加工，装配，检验经验 Minimum 3 years machining/assembly/inspection experience of pump products or similar products

3. 了解电镀，热处理，机加工 Know about HCP, Heat treatment, CNC

4. 能看懂机械电气图和一般技术文件 Can read simple mechanical/electric drawings and normal technical note

5. 工作认真细致，良好的团队合作能力/沟通能力. Working conscientiously and carefully; Good teamworker/communicator
