Responsibilities:

1. Place orders to approved suppliers after having confirmed that both the pricing and delivery meet our requirements

2. Follow up the agreed delivery schedule from our approved suppliers

3. Communicate supply chain issues to the relevant Group Companies

4. To be the link between the various Group entities and provide feedback as necessary

5. Arrange shipment for orders and apply payment to local vendors

6. Control documentation relating to the confirmed supply arrangement agreed between the 2 parties

7. Other jobs assigned by Supervisor



Requirements:

1. University graduate, major in International Trading etc.

2. Above 2 years related work experience

3. Could read and write English mails, documents; could speak English well

4. Capable of working within tight deadlines

5. Team player and self starter with positive attitude

6. Good command of office software; Experience in MRP is a big advantage.
