BASIC JOB FUNCTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage and lead cross-functional teams to complete the development projects of new technologies, new products and new components & parts, to guarantee the standard of relevant design, quality and technology.
? Organize project development, make follow-ups and action plans which involves new projects development to ensure timely completion of projects.
? Participate in industrial design and design review of the relevant projects, to ensure the design reaches the requirements, and partake in the checking of design drawing, drafting and approving of corresponding documentation and test files of the new products.
? Create and update product BOM, and make product cost accounting.
? Make vendor evaluation, coordinate and assess product suppliers and submit PMT for approval. Work out technical problems during the process of offering and machining from suppliers.
? Ensure product quality and stability, complete new product EBR and Pilot Run as well as report writing to detect and correct any problems.
? Provide technical support to the problems found during the mass production, apply for change requests in order to improve product design and quality, and evaluate other change requests which are used to improve quality and reduce cost
? Timely report to Project Manager and PDD Manager for the project status and issues.
? Take part in making and improving engineering procedures to ensure the departmental objectives are achieved.
? Strictly implement Moen's EHS policies and regulations; actively participate in related activities and support to carry out safety work. Furthermore, familiar with environmental / risk factors and control methods of this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering field.
? 2 years relevant experiences and above, project management experience is preferred
? Fluent in the use of 3-D CAD (Preferably Pro/Engineer) and PC's.
? Good oral and written English
? Hard-working, can work under pressure
