1.Position Summary

-Connection between Order Entry and Plant

-Work out the weekly plan

-Guarantee the order can be well arranged and timely produced

2.Responsibilities

-Download the sale order and Analyze customer request

-Work out the weekly plan or monthly plan to sum up the demand

-Confirm with plant to get the delivery time

-Analyze the demand history and update the safety stock timely

-Monitor the inventory and adjust the planning accordingly

3.Key Accountabilities

-Customer order and Demand integration

-Demand planning weekly

-Monitor and track open order status through production

-Guarantee the order and production under schedule and planning, increase the on-time delivery

-Daily communicate with plant planner to confirm delivery date and complete the whole sale order

-Responsible for the order escalation process if any problem

-Responsible for the Finish Goods Planning and Aging material control

4.Knowledge & Skills

-Graduated in 4 years full-time university

-Good English

-More than 4 years experience on Planning & Demand, with experience of cross-company is a plus

-Be familiar with SAP PP and MM modules and goods Excel Skill

-Good skill on EXCEL and PPT software
