Position：Field Services Engineer
Location： Quanzhou
Position Requirements
1. Diploma in college and above.
2. Major in Mechanical Engineering, fluid machinery will be preferred.
3. Good command of written English with fair level of oral English.
4. Minimum 3 years related working experience, Mechanical seal or Chemical pumps background will be preferred.
Accountabilities
1. First contact and support to meet customer request and technical consult.
2. Equipment start-up, commissioning service and conduct basic training to customer.
3. Quick site service, trouble shooting, solution recommendation and raise a RCA report to customer.
4. Regularly checking equipment condition for customer, propose suggestion and raise a report to help customer improve MTBF.
5. Hands-on mechanical repair expertise, familiar with IOM or drawing.
6. Follow the service jobs scheduling and keep efficient traveling.
