Material Sourcing Manager

Responsibility:
1.Manage the daily sourcing work to fulfill business requirements.
2.Responsible for the material cost, get competitiveness or saving is the task.
3.Material supply solution design & provide to support business.
4.Material sourcing strategy design & adjustment with market situation change.
5.Key suppliers relationships keep and enhance.
6.Conduct quarterly business review with key suppliers.
7.Purchasing price, terms and contract review or approve.
8.Sourcing suitable material with competitive price for new project;
9.Look for material cost saving opportunity and lead the saving project;
10.Build up the common packaging material pool with Spec., commercial and other relative information;
11.Collect and summarize relative marketing information of main material termly;

Requirements:
1.University graduate with bachelor degree or above.
2.At least 5 years working experiences, 2+ years related with paper or printing industry.
3.Familiar with local and overseas paperboard/ink/foil packaging materials;
4.Good communication and negotiation skill;
5.Team-work spirit & Strong logical thinking.;
6.Good sense of finance and tax concept;
7.Fluent in English speaking and writing, skilled operation on Excel & PowerPoint.
8.Be honest, confident, open and responsible.
9.Available for frequent travel.
10.Project management knowledge;
11.Be well on international trading knowledge & process.
