2、根据公司制定的渠道政策及市场开发策略，拓展适合品牌发展的代理商或者经销商；

3、帮助代理商进行销售渠道拓展，挖掘潜力市场，拓展新的合作伙伴； 4.注重分析和研究市场动态，为公司的市场和销售策略制定提供建议；

4、执行并监督完成公司的市场促销，培训并监督管理促销人员等。

岗位要求:

1、大专及以上学历，吃苦耐劳，工作严谨，认真负责，具有协调能力、亲和力；

2、普通话标准、口齿伶俐、善于与人交流，表达能力强；

3、有强烈进取心，能承受工作压力、完成个人销售目标；

4、具备敏锐的观察力、分析判断能力，有较强的沟通和谈判和协调能力。2.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；

5、 较强的团队意识，能调动起团队成员的积极性；

6、具有红酒市场从业经验优先
