This position will be responsible for the implementation of all the human resources functions in China, including but not limit to recruitment, performance management, leave management, HRIS management, compensaton and benefit management.

Responsibilities:

·Report to the Human Resources Manager of China and seek functional directions from APAC Human Resources Manager;

·Support Company growth by working closely with staff of all level to ensure efficient hiring process, including job description drafting, advertisement posting, applications screening and conducting interviews.

·Monitoring the Compensation and Benefits functions, including SSF, housing fund, payroll & IIT administration; Assist the expatriates to apply for necessary documents

·Explore the training needs of the employee, sourcing and developing suitable training course or programs

·Reviewing our current Human Resources Policies and procedures to ensure they are comply with statutory / legal requirements

·Establish an effective staff relation and communication. Develop retaining polices to keep the best people in achieving company goals;

·Preparation of monthly reports & contracts, leave management and filing of human resources documents.

·Cultivate trust and credibility with peers and ensure effective working relationships at all levels of the organization;

·Co-operate with his/her local management to enable a healthy and safe working environment;

·Work on ad hoc projects or tasks as require

·Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements

Requirements:

·Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

·With 3 years hands on human resources working experience gained from multinational companies

·Sound knowledge to local employment ordinance

·Analytical, excellent leadership, self-initiative, good time management, task and result oriented, with strong problem solving skill

·Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills

·Organized and flexible, able to work independently and work under pressure

·Good interpersonal skills with good team spirit

·Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with all levels of staff and team members from other parts of the business.

·Excellent communication skill in English is a must. Proficiency in PC application

·Based in Shanghai
