Key responsibilities:

1.Functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities.

2.May screen resumes and applications and may interview applicants.

3.May counsel employees concerning work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.

4.Maintains records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements.

5.Writes position descriptions, benefit brochures and employee handbooks.

6.Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

7.May assist in the formulation of compensation objectives, manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures.

Basic Requirements:

1.3 years of relevant working experience in multi-national companies

2.Fluent verbal and written communication skills

3.Proficient in oral and written English

4.Profound knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5.Professional and systematic working style

6.Excellent organizational skills

7.Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and Chinese

8.Attention to detail

9.Discretion with confidential information

10.Willingness to work a flexible schedule

11.Ability to work under pressure
