Job Summary
工作概述
The incumbent is the focal point for all projects/activities related to the assigned product line or market. The incumbent is responsible for development, planning and implementation of a product plan to meet the supply demands for our products or marketing programs and initiatives aimed at maintaining and increasing business. Provide technical solution to key accounts on the relevant products.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Develop marketing strategies and product plans to meet production, profitability, delivery and introduction objectives for assigned product line.

2. Develop and update annual product or marketing plan in accord with the company’s strategy.
根据公司策略,制定和更新年度产品及市场计划。
3. Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information; Communicate marketing needs and customer requirements to proper internal personnel.
收集和分析市场及竞品的信息,与适合的内部相关人员沟通市场及客户需求。
4. Assist in formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic marketing or product plans for assigned area.
针对指定区域,协助制订及执行长期和短期的市场策略或产品计划。
5. Formulate and recommend strategies for achieving long and short product plans for key accounts and assigned area.
为大客户和指定区域,制定及推介长期或者短期的产品计划。
6. Visit existing or potential key customers to promote NaBii products and present recommendations.
拜访现有或潜在的大客户, 推广纳比产品和陈述为其制定的技术解决方案。
7. Publish product literature; Facilitate technical training internal and external.
发表产品的论文,组织内部及外部的技术培训。

Works under general direction. Is guided by pre-determined objectives of assigned projects. Independently determines and develops approaches to carry assignments through to completion.

Must be knowledgeable of the business and technical aspects of a specific product line or market and new developments related to areas of assignments. Must understand the business strategies of the company's activities and apply that knowledge to the company's goals. Required to recommend and explain to subordinates (if applicable), colleagues, and management the results of product plans and/or market analyses or other projects relating to business strategies for the purpose of keeping them informed and influencing them to incorporate these issues or plans into related work. Requires outstanding communication, interpersonal, motivation and persuasive skills

It is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing markets related to those opportunities, expanding the use of NaBii products into these markets servicing existing accounts. Creativity is necessary to develop, recommend and implement account strategies to meet business objectives. Problem solving at this level is not always defined by past practice or procedures.
