主 要 任 务 和 职 责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1、及时接收并分析客户生产预测与生产计划. 获得实施JIT供货的必要数据, 传达到相关部门与人员,确保其为最新版本,并根据客户需要反馈信息.

Receive and analyze of customer production forecasts and plan in time. Obtain the necessary data for JIT supply implementation, communicate with the relevant departments and personnel to assure always the latest version, and feedback based on customer needs.

2.根据客户计划,制定公司生产计划, 满足客户需求.

According to customers plan, make production plan to meet customer’s requirement

3.监督生产计划的执行情况,进行相关数据的QAD处理工作.

Supervision of Production plan implementation, and QAD process

4.在班长协助下做好成品发运团队管理工作，包括铲车工、现场服务、排序员日常管理。

Manage product delivery team through monitor assistance, including forklifts workers, on-site service, and compositor daily management.

5.监督3PL公司成品发运车辆和人员的的管理

Supervision of 3PL delivery vehicles and their personnel management

6.在工作中积极处理好客户关系,维护公司利益和声誉。

Aim at good customer relations and maintain Company interests and reputation.

7.负责协调客户售后备件订单接收和交付。

Responsible for coordinating after-sales customer reception and delivery of spare parts orders

8.定期与客户对帐,确保客户帐目与QAD帐目一致,与财务共同确保货款的及时回笼. Reconciliation with clients regularly to assure that customer accounts in line with the QAD account, and together with financing assure the timely return of money

9.根据公司BOS文件规定，作好相关安全工作.

According to the file of BOS, handle related safety issues

10.参与周期盘点与月末盘点,分析并控制库存,确保成品库存保持在合理的水平.

Periodically physical inventory, inventory analysis & control to assure that the finished goods inventory remaining at a reasonable level

11.在工作中执行BOS中ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001相关文件规定

Implement related responsibility required by ISO14000,TS16949&OHSAS18001 and company’s related manage policy

资格和要求/Qualification and Requirements:

1. 教育：大学本科.

Education: University graduate

2. 经历：2-3年工厂制造业相关工作经验.

Experience: 2-3 years’ working experience in manufacturing field.

3. 具MRPII知识, 掌握MFG/PRO操作技能.

MRPII, MFG/PRO knowledge is must.

4.英语说写流利

Be fluent oral and written English.

5. 熟悉生产、物料采购计划 、仓库管理、订单追踪、进出口业务

Be familiar with production /material purchasing plan, warehouse management, order tracking, import and export business.
