Responsibilities:
1. Act as member of RF Instrument Repairing and Calibration Lab in LitePoint Shanghai Office which works on post-sales services of Wireless test solutions (WiFi, Wimax, MultiCom, Cellphone, etc.) based around LitePoint’s existing IQ family of Wireless test equipment ; 2. Assist Lab manager to setup and manage new LitePoint Shanghai Service lab facility include Setup, Maintain and optimize system test platform and instrument repairing & calibration platform;
3. Diagnostic, Repair, Calibrate, maintain and upgrade wireless test equipment in LitePoint lab and customer sites, and prepare service report and test report;
4. Assist lab manager to setup and Manage routine technical process of instrument repairing and calibration in lab and onsite Calibration project, experiences in ISO17025 would be a good plus;
5. Implement onsite Calibration project in qualified, professional and cost-effective process within project schedule;
6. Secure and improve the performance and professional process of post-sales support to customers,
7. Answer customer technical inquiries and perform technical support include clarification, demonstration and training for our customers and distributors;
8. Effectively communicate customer feedback to manufacture & operations team in LitePoint HQ;

Qualifications:
1. Major in EE or communication technology, Bachelor degree with more than 1 or 2 years’ working experience, Associate degree with 3-5 years`s working experience, Master degree will be a plus;
2. More than 2 years’ experiences in RF HW test or RF HW Repairing position, experiences in foreign company would be a plus;
3. Rich RF measurement experience, experiences in repairing, calibrating and debug RF instrument would be a good plus;
4. Have basic knowledge on microwaves theory and communication systems. Familiar with RF circuit design and troubleshooting. Experience in WLAN will be a plus;
5. Willing to take initiative and Perseverance;
6. Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on schedule.
7. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
8. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level.
9. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate in post-sales services of instrument industry;
10. Good team work and Customer oriented spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
11. Good verbal and written communication skill;
12. Able to travel internationally and locally;
