工作职责：
- 带领团队成员完成销售目标，提高销售业绩，指导销售的日常工作；
- 负责团队日常管理并配合销售培训，帮助销售提升业务技能；
- 针对不同类型的团队人员采用适当的培养方案以及团队管理方法进行团队建设与管理；
- 协调部门内部工作，提高团队凝聚力；
- 发现及反馈市场信息，提供有建设性的意见。

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历 ；
- 3年以上销售团队管理经验 ；
- 优秀的执行力，抗压能力和灵活处理紧急事务的能力；
- 良好的人际关系管理能力，善于协调团队成员之间的关系 ；
- 有良好的职业素质、合作意识和团队精神。
