岗位职责：
1. 参与公司重大项目的立项，管理公司项目技术。
2. 负责主持本项目的全面工作，组织并督促项目人员全面完成本项目责范围内的各项工作任务。
3. 严格遵守公司规章制度，认真履行工作职责；按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。
4. 组织和编制项目发展规划。编制技术提高工作计划，技术发展和技术措施规划，并组织对计划、规划的拟定、修改、补充、实施等一系列技术组织和管理工作。
5. 行使对公司项目产品制作过程工作的指挥、指导、协调、监督、管理的权力，并承担执行公司规程及工作指令的义务。
6. 负责公司新技术引进和产品开发工作的计划、实施，确保技术不断更新。
7. 妥善保管能直接影响公司权益和利益的项目文件资料和技术资料，不得泄漏公司机密，不得擅自修改、拷贝或让无关人员阅读。
8. 及时指导、处理、协调和解决出现的项目技术问题，确保项目的正常进行。
9. 负责编制项目技术开发计划，抓好技术管理人才培养，技术队伍的管理。有计划的推荐引进、培养专业技术人员，搞好业务培训和管理工作，给予下属绩效考核的评定工作。

任职资格：
1. 理工类专业专科以上学历，3年以上从事技术研发经验和技术管理相关工作经验。
2. 精通PHP、ASP.NET、JAVA等开发语言中的至少一种，拥有大中型项目开发经验。
3. 能够把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解。
4. 有很强的创造能力、拓展能力、抽象思维能力与项目管理能力。
5. 有扎实的理论基础和技术工作经验，能独立解决相关技术问题。
6. 有很强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力。
7. 知识面广、有良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力。
