直线经理:总经理
职责概述;
1. 为公司项目制定市场战略,推进实施,实现市场发展目标。
2. 根据既定战略,执行公司市场活动计划,完成每届展会的买家招募目标和市场推广计划;
3. 准确把握市场信息(参展商、买家信息,客户反馈的信息,市场发展趋势信息等),及时提供市场反馈;为准确的市场定位和战略制定提供支持;
4. 负责项目市场扩充策略的制定、实施。
主要职责
1. 为展会项目组提供有效支持
1) 通过精准的市场推广活动,吸引参展商并招募展会所需的现场观众;
2) 观众管理,包括观众登记、观众分类,观众数据和呼叫中心管理等;
3) 提供指导意见以确保所有客户服务工作达到公司标准。
2. 参展商和观众调研
1) 在市场活动中深入了解客户的观点,设计并实施适当的调研方法确保进行高质量的分析,得出富有逻辑的结论,在涉及展会方面,为项目经理采取适当的行动措施提供建议;
2) 分析现有观众,并研究未来观众趋势。
3. 项目活动管理
良好地计划并组织论坛、发布会等现场活动,为展商活动提供支持。
4. 广告和媒体管理
1) 管理所有推广信息,与媒体保持良好的互动;
2) 建立高质量的展会网站,并不断更新。
5. 管理关键市场供应商
管理联系主要供应商,以确保市场预算的最优利用和获得最好的服务。
6. 制作推广材料
编辑、设计并制作符合公司标准的高质量推广资料,包括PPT、网站,宣传册、海报、传单、会刊、新闻稿等。
7. 网络营销
发挥网络营销优势,并确保以结果为导向的高质量的在线市场活动,包括公司网站、展会网站、搜索引擎营销及社交媒体。
8. 市场技能和人才发展
具备指导经理和关键市场员工的领导技能,为所有市场员工提供系统培训,并激励团队打破传统束缚。
任职资格:
1. 年龄30-35岁;本科及以上学历;
2. 10年以上市场营销工作经验, 5年以上B2B及市场管理岗位工作经验 ;
3. 敏锐的市场洞察能力,有极强的市场活动组织策划能力;
4. 创意、战略思维和能洞悉业务和市场差距;
5. 有良好的领导力及团队精神,支持培训发展员工;
6. 具备较强的责任心及抗压能力,关注细节,并能自我激励;
7. 优秀的口头和书面中英文沟通具有较强的人际交往能力;
8. 良好的网络营销知识优先;
9. 展览、快消品、酒店、媒体公关行业跨国公司工作经验优先;
Overall Responsibility
1. Devise appropriate marketing strategies and promote to achieve the marketing development goals.
2. Execute the marketing campaigns plans according to agreed strategies, achieve buyer recruiting goals and marketing promotion plan for each assigned events.
3. Accurately grasp the market news (about exhibitors,buyers, market development trend, customers’ feedback etc.), provide timely market feedback, support on market positioning and strategy making.
4. Responsible for setting and implementing market expansion strategy.
Major Responsibility
1. Effectively provide supporting to show team
1) Attract exhibitors by accurate promotion activities and enrolling required on site visitors for show
2) Visitor management including visitor registration, visitor grading, database and call center management etc.
3) Ensure all onsite customers’ services meet corporate standards by providing guidelines
2. Exhibitor and visitor research
1) To embed customers’ insights in the marketing cycle, to devise and implement appropriate research tools and ensure high quality analysis is undertaken and logical conclusions reached and advise appropriate actions taken by project managers in respect of events.
2) Conduct analysis on existing customers and research on the trend of customer composition in the future
3. Manage show activities
Well plan and organize on site activities such as forum, press conference. Assist to exhibitors’ activities as per required.
4. Advertising and media management
1) Manage promoting messages and marketing related network, keep good interaction with mass media
2) Establish high quality show website and keep it up-to-date.
5. Management of key marketing suppliers
Manage and liaise with the main suppliers to ensure the best use of marketing budgets and the best service provided.
6. Production of promotional material
To compile, design and produce high quality promotional material that meet the corporate guidelines. These materials include: PPT, website, brochure, poster, flyer, show directory, press releases etc.
7. E-Marketing
To drive E-marketing excellence and ensure online marketing campaign is result-driven and high quality that include: corporate websites, show websites, SEM and social media.
8. Marketing skills and talent development
Leadership skills geared towards coaching managers and key marketing staff. Provide systematic training for all marketing staff, as well as encouraging breakthroughs away from the traditional.
Job Qualification:
1. 30 to 35 years’ old, bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 10 years working experience in multinational company, at least 5 years in B2B marketing and 5 years managerial experience
3. With acute market insight, also strong ability of activity organization & planning.
4. Creative, strategically thinking and an eye to identify business and marketing gaps
5. Have good leadership and must be a team player, support to develop and train marketing staff
6. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under high pressure, attention to details and self-driven
7. Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
8. With exhibition / events management experience or experience in fast moving consumer goods industry, multinational hotel or media& PR is a plus
9. Good knowledge of e-marketing is preferred
